I'm looking at getting an armaspeed cold air intake, and a titanium exhaust, then a tune once the 2021s are unlocked..

apparently the 2020s could be unlocked and tuned easily, not so much with the 2021s.

Nice, was looking at a akropovic titanium cbe for ttrs sold tru Audi performance parts, $5200sh. :eek: It’s on sale, they were running $8k or so back in ‘18 when the car first came out. I guess now their “on sale” since the cars outta production :ughdance:

Lotta $$$ for only weight savings. The stock cbe flows good enough even for stage 2 and stage 3 hybrid bt’s.

Yeah, I heard Toyota/bmw both clamped down this year and made the ecu’s harder to hack.

The bmw’s for the longest time were actually impossible to hack as well. Most folks were just running a piggy back “juice box” controller from burger tuning. They work very well and have a good track record. They can also be removed before going into the dealer so it’s much less obvious you’re modded to help improve chances of keeping your warranty.
