Let's play "What's in that oil pan!"
Bought a 2010 engine that may have spun a bearing. Only had 38k miles and was 300 bucks. Was going to try to use it for a forged bottom end for the TT build. I definitely see bearing material. Magnet picked up a bunch of stuff. There was aluminum left behind. Going to drop the upper pan and remove the shield tomorrow to get a closer look My guess is that there was an oil gallery gasket issue and it lost oil pressure. Not sure when ill be able to pull the front timing cover.
