Texans complain about electricity prices even when they're lower than the majority of the nation. This was one factor that led to a decision to privatize this basic needs service allowing some companies to offer cheap electrical service by shopping around for price to appease those idiots. Well, now they have found out firsthand why this was a stupid idea. Don't count on them learning their lesson either

Fuctup thing is the state will bail out the idiots that chose a variable rate plan. They knew the risk when they signed up for the plan.

Hey all!

Checking back in with you lot. Hope you are all doing well; and to my Texan friends on here, I hope you are safe and warm. Waco was hit pretty hard by the storm, but my house was fortunate enough to have power through the week with no pipe bursts. Baylor was not granting us a Spring Break this semester, so having school cancelled for a week during a snow storm was close enough! Had a blast with my friends on the snow days. Not sure my kidneys are too happy about it.

Got new meat on the rears and am having my rear diff, trans, brake fluid, and power steering fluids all flushed and changed. Motul, Redline, and D6 ATF. Cheers!
