That size house in the KC metro area would be about $2.4k in taxes and that's if it was in the expensive part of Johnson County.

Principal & Interest payment of about $800, and escrow of $1K....

Got 3 trailers of mulch in this week. Just unloaded a trailer of flowers. Got a shipment of lawn tractors in. Have a trailer of patio furniture for tonight to unload. And it's snowing again.

Oh....... and heard a robin this morning.
