The New “What did you do with your Z today” (with off topic replies) XXXIX

If anyone cares for an update...wheels aren't bent according to Discount Tire. They just weren't balanced correctly (only ever balanced at DT) thus causing the spinning issues that Mazda noted.

If anyone cares for an update...wheels aren't bent according to Discount Tire. They just weren't balanced correctly (only ever balanced at DT) thus causing the spinning issues that Mazda noted. Got it all squared away yesterday but still feeling vibration when braking, just not as terrible.

Glad to hear that the wheels are OK. For the vibration-on-braking, I'd try bedding the brakes.

If you don’t hear cycle then pads correctly it can cause that and there’s no fix, other than new pads/rotors/both.

That’s from a warped rotor
Either from someone unevenly over torquing, or from being hot from braking & cooling quickly...(cold water hitting them while hot).
Plan to purchase new rotors & pads, most likely the front,,,as an educated eye can see which ones
Most of the time, it’s the fronts
