I could easily see that happening. That's scary as sh1t. I've had it happen on my RD350 but it wasn't on the track.

On my old 750 Honda. Sitting at a red light revving the chit out of it. The clutch cable broke. :eek: Shot me across 4 lanes of traffic without getting hit. :eek:

Had a throttle cable break. Routed the cable up between the tank and the seat. Used a pair of vise grips on the end of the cable. That was fun trying to use the front brake, and blip the throttle for a down shift. :rofl2:
