It naturally changes slowly over thousands and thousands of years. It doesn't rapidly change in one hundred years on it's own. Rapid change is always from outside forces. Used to start watching the training video. About 15 minutes into it. Be out like a light. Wake up towards the end of the video listening to the other guys sleeping through it too.

After the video, take a test. I got smart. I wrote down all the questions and answers in my notebook. So for the following years. I got 100's on all the tests.

Guys on the other shifts WANTED my notebook.
