I got the latin/native American Indian covered.

One of the reasons I retired early. After Duke Energy sold the plant to Dynergy. Things went down hill. I just got fed up with the BS. Change in the culture, and it wasn't for the better.

I quit using salt when my dad had the first heart attack. That was back in 1981. I can taste the salt in food since I quit using it.

Work to live to have work kill you...thats an oxymoron if there ever was one
Doc and the NP didnt think a stress test was needed. But I see them at work everyday so theyll keep bugging me on how Im doing. Just gonna keep an eye on the BP. Making a few other changes as well so I can get off the med though. I dont really add table salt to my food, but other things that are high in sodium like soy sauce, broth/stock for marinades and ingredients.

My dad died of a heart attack and you know what happened to my brother....

Looking at the salt content for food. If it's low in salt. It's high in fat. If it's low in fat. It's high in salt. :icon14: It's hard to find something that is both low in salt and fat.

Didn't have any fun yesterday. The home computer is crapping out and I had to crawl under the house to unclog the sink line. Back to work today.

You have no idea. Had to crawl under there 3 times. My knees are killing me. To top it off, my home computer hard drive crashed. Lots of data that is gone. Not a good day.

Crawlspaces suck. I'm wrecked for 2 days after only an hour or 2 of working in one.

That is a lot of gimp-banging!

On my vacation in Long beach... like, damn... damn damn. Pissed my Portuguese family chose to settle in Mass. Lazy asses.. should have gone to the west. It's awesome here. Especially when it comes to the car scene. I see more 300zx's here than civics. I did catch a reaaaaal nice 96 300zx TT... thought i was going to have a panic attack. LOL,, my buddy is trying to move me here, he is doing a pretty good job at it.

Home from the hospital. Everything went well. Wifey has to wear a monitor for 48 hrs that monitors her stomach pH.

Think I may take a nap. Got up at 5am. :icon14:

Gun club meeting tonight.

My neck of the woods. If you want nice ocean/beach scenery, go south on the Pacific Coast Highway (youll more than likely see a few hyper cars and theres an exotic car dealership in Newport Beach on the way

McLaren's in Newport Beach. There's a Ferarri dealer in Torrance, about a mile away from me

I went for a ride in my buddies (owner of the shop that built my car) 2020 tt 1250hp mustang a little while ago. He only had it on the 950hp map. Undriveable in the first 3 gears. Still spun all the way through fourth. Never got to fifth. That thing is insane. I'm glad he's a pro racer or I would have been crapping my depends. Now I've got a good idea how Spoolers car must feel :driving:
