Bill, very sorry to hear this. :( Sometimes words can not describe on how you feel. Having lost both my parents. I have an idea on how you are feeling. Remember all the good times you had with him. Forget all the bad. That's how you want to remember him. You was there for him at the end. That's all of what counts. You did what you could. You maybe thinking that you could have done more. That is what hurts. :(

We are all here for you.

Much love my friend! You have as much as you could do during your dad's last days. You a good dutiful son and I know he appreciated all you did. We morn with you and I pray for strength and peace for you and your family. Remember your hurt is directly proportional to your love for him and that is a good thing.

If you have parents alive call em. Go hug em. Listen to their BS that drives you nuts.

Joby go yell "LOVE YOU DAD" 6 or 7 times to make sure he heard it. And tell him I'm thinking about you two visiting and it cracks me up. Take him fishing more often, your car can wait.

The last 4 weeks have been the hardest chit I've ever had to deal with and the next month looks to be pretty rough. But my game face is on, fridge is packed, Xanax on auto refill, family is here or on the way. I got this.

Remember the good times and the bad times. They are all worth remembering to me. I didn't get a chance to say Goodbye to my mother. I wish I would have. None of us did. I hope I get that chance with my father.

:iagree:
Sorry for your loss Bill, as words can’t cover all the hurt.
Fishing season is about here...as dad’s coming over Saturday morning for a service on his pickup.

Sorry for your loss. I recently lost my younger brother and it's been a bumpy ride. I have been more active on this forum since. Seems to be genuine people here and the ***** and giggles have helped. Good luck and yes, cars can most certainly wait. I spend more time with my parents and make sure my kids are first before work/cars/hobbies.

Prayers for Bill and his family reps. :tiphat:

He's located in Mass. Could meet up with us at Rustys for the trip or with John for the ride out if his car is ready by then.

LMAO :rofl2:

You have to beware of him when he is walking around with his anal probe with bubble gum on the end of it.

Come home from work. Get the weedeater out and do that. Cut the grass. Starting working on the raise bed gardens. Pull weeds, rake out the ashes from the fires. Get my little rotor tiller out and start to till the gardens. I ran over a bunny nest with the tiller. The fur went flying. Don't think the mother was there. Found one little bunny with it's eyes still closed. It's alive. Don't know if there are any others. Wifey let Mia out to do her business. WELL........Mia always noses around the gardens. She got the sense of the rabbit. Now all she wants to do. Is nose the bunny. She wants out in the worse way.

Bill,

So sorry to see this. Apparently the best thing for your Dad though and the big Man upstairs knew that. When you think life is complicated, you see that you always have help from him.

Praying for you, Mellissa and your entire family my friend.

Eric (and Debbie)
