Update on my dad. He is at the Cancer treatment center of America in Zion IL now. They did the biopsy yesterday and it's not good. Apparently there are different kinds of pancreatic cancer and he has the worst of the batch. I'm heading up there this afternoon to stay the night and go with him to see a pain management dr and someone else tomorrow. Still waiting for the biopsy results to come back before he gets scheduled with an oncologist to find out what's next.

Pancreatic cancer is what my mom died from. She was 88. Found out in Feb 2011, and was gone 30 days later in March. :icon14:

When I'm home. I'll keep a tab open on my laptop for the forum, plus a couple of other ones looking for gun powder. It may look like I'm on, but I might be no where near my laptop.

During the day, when I'm at work. If I get a free moment. I'll do a quick read through and maybe post something.

It's not sounding good. We just heard that he sees the oncologist at 7am so we will know what's what then. From what my brother and I are seeing is not long if it's inoperable and up to maybe 5 years if it can be removed.
