There's a lot of it all over tech sites today. *Edit* It does appear that they are now saying you can opt out of it but you need to do so in privacy settings. Sprint customers in the past had to opt IN to such programs so be aware it is different and you have to say no. Earlier reportings said you couldnt opt out.
