It is Friday Yawl....Yahoo! Only working a half day to day and off to the Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for a weekend of fun in the sun! It is going to be a great Valentine's weekend. I will take the wife to Las Vegas and do something special with her on Monday :p. You know I bought a snow shovel several year ago. It worked great for picking leaves LMAO :stirthepot:. I did use it once for its intended purpose. Well the Z is about buttoned up and ready to head to Seb on Saturday. Pictures are Instagram on my page and @perseciongarageracing. I will post the pictures on here some place today. Probably in the track section. You guys and girls be well and stay safe and sanitary, no sliding off the road or falling on your *** due to polar vortex Al Gore frozen jizz.

Morning guys. 6 year anniversary was yesterday. Made a few ribeye steaks with carmelized onions, roasted brussel sprouts, and sous vide honey carrots.

The weekend is when the real fun cooking will begin. had to alter half the damn menu because Amazon sent me co2 instead of n20 for my siphon.

Have my liver ultrasound today to get the ball rolling on whatever a high enzyme count could be. Crossing my fingers it'll be nothing.

And it's a holiday weekend for the bank. So get to sleep in a little.

Gonna be 84 degrees here in south florida, I'll do my best to push some of this warm air up north.. be safe, and keep all 4 tires on the ground.

The Fit is a beast in the snow and ice. I drove 70 all the way home and didnt realise I wasnt gonna stop until I hit the hill up to the rockford exit. Thought **** me, I dont wanna go all the way to Cedar Springs if I miss my off ramp. :icon17:

Couple of miles? That was on 45 like less than a mile from us.

Pretty typical.... stupid Texans driving unsafe in hazardous conditions. Was funny to hear the news reporters comment yesterday on how ridiculously fast people were driving on I-35. Almost like they were surprised.

Grabbed another set of those Ridgid packout tool boxes for my buddy who helped me with the water heater removal and platform rebuild. He was admiring them the other week, so he'll be surprised
