About the same here. Driveway is covered, but roads are clear, drive into work was easy. NE Philly remains perpetually unplowed (and unloved) but not a significant difficulty.

My hot water tank came with the house. I bought the house in 2004. So it's 17 plus yrs old.

Looked at a house yesterday. 145k for 3bed 1.5 bath. 1200 sq ft total. 9k in taxes........

9k in taxes?! Sweet merciful crap! My tax rates aren't good, but it's a 3500 sq foot house on 2 acres with top notch school districts and it's a lot cheaper than 9k!

Yea. Nothing special about the house from what i could see. Single stall garage in a back alley, small fenced in yard, average neighborhood. Who knows....
