And, good morning folks!:tiphat:

:hello:

So much for sleeping in today on my day off. Up at 5:30. Have to take wifey to the hospital for some testing. Driving to the hospital took 45 minutes instead of the normal 30 minutes. Snowing like a mofo. Had 3" sitting on the ground when we left the house.

Happy Tuesday! Well the week is off to a good start for me as Monday was drama free and now let's see if the rest of the week will follow. Looking forward to the weekend as I am headed to my favorite track. I will not be driving as I have no way to get the Miata to the track since it is at my brother's house and he is three hours away from me and the track is another four hours from him. I will be having fun as I will be instructing drivers in an official capacity for the weekend. I'm following in the footsteps of my big brother Rusty. I find instructing actually makes me faster because after talking the driver through everything it really cements things in my frontal lobe LMAO. No news with the Z. I will be contacting the shop for an update today. Hopefully things are getting buttoned up nice tidy. Yawl watch your top knot and keep your powder dry and don't let the polar vortex still your joy. Keep safe and if you can't stay sanitary.

6 year anniversary is this weekend. The menu for this year is to utilize molecular gastronomy for everything. The courses will be:

starter: Ceviche w/ lime parsley mousse

2nd course: Iceburg wedge w/ blue cheese foam dressing

cleanser: roasted sweet potato whipped soup foam

main: seared scallops w/ lemon air and bell pepper coulis

dessert: deconstructed frappe

Sounds amazing. Megan loves ceviche. We honeymooned in Belize, on a little island off the coast, and I don't think she ate anything except Ceviche the entire time we were there.

The wife and I had our 20 year Anniversary on Feb 7th Sunday. With all we have going on we both forgot all about it. I am doing good to remember my name some days.

pex or nothing around here:tup:

House was built in 1994 so yeah. PEX replaced the line to the half bath the last time this happened. I don't want to ever have to deal with this again so we're going to run new lines for everything that is under slab.
