Morning all! Cold morning, little bit of ice on the road in places, but no hold ups on the way in to work. Time for a near-coffee experience.

Yesterday was pretty impactful. We're making some significant changes to our org chart. We'll see how this plays out, but hopefully it allows us to better manage the massive increase in our workload.

My issue is it looks like a mini Gatlinburg. Just tourist trap bs I have no interest in. I go to the mountains to get away from crap like that. I like my phone not working for a few days, I like mom and pop restaurants and dirt floor bars. I can go to Outback and hit up outlet malls here
