About a week ago, my Sony lcd tv in the bedroom wouldn't power up anymore. It would try to power up and then go into standby mode. I tried all the reboot procedures and it still didn't work so I bought a new Samsung. Before just throwing it away I googled the problem and found out that sometimes the power input board goes bad. I found them on ebay for $18.00. It came in today. Opened the back up, replaced the board and the tv works great. So I just blew $900.00 on a new tv and could have repaired mine for $18.00. Dammit

i've had that happen to one if my big screens too... supposedly, its a common problem with these newer smart tvs

I already threw the box away. I'll just keep the old one in storage as a back up.

We've had a few power outages, I think the power surge weakened the board and it just finally went bad.

My Sony Trinitron still works great...after many years of use

Well, managed to get my sleep schedule out of whack for sure

Napped 2:30-4:40 yesterday afternoon, because didn’t sleep worth chit Friday night

And dozed off around 8:30’ish last night & slept till 1:30 feeling refreshed

Wonder if ordering all these car parts & the assembly process drawing near has anything to do with it
