I was real tired Monday most of the day and into Tuesday. I drank so much water I floated to the bathroom and slept like a dead man. Better today, but not 100%. Hang in there.

All the hospitals in town, including mine is full of 'Rona patients. Big place announced their ICU is projected to be at max capacity this weekend.

we have a phone app for when calling in. I rarely call in so I have no idea company numbers and pin numbers when asked, had to go find them. I was about ready to throw phone at someone. Whatever happened to calling work and saying I aint coming in, deal with it?

I'm making more jerky

Just sliced up and started marinating 2 ~5lb roasts. Will start tossing that in the dehydrator this weekend

We've been drying fruit none stop since saturday. Lots of apples

did a pineapple that was silly good, 4 more of those going in later today

Dried a couple pounds of strawberries last night and those turned out pretty good for a first try too
