And if you look at the impact, you'll quickly realize that I did not hit him remotely square on. Looking at his facebook page, he makes videos all the time while driving. It's obvious he's not paying attention to his driving while making them. I wonder if it's legal to do that. The couple of videos I watched, all he did is complain how people have wronged him. It doesn't surprise me by his attitude in the videos that he brake checked you.
