This system has 2 vessels. One Cation, and one Anion. Positive charge and negative charge. As water passes through the vessels. It slowly plugs the system. The conductivity of the water coming out at first will be very low. Then the system gets to the end of life. It will be very high. Lol I know how they work. The portability is pretty slick. I would only use for final rinse anyway - not for full time use. Also the refill is only like $100 from other sources.

Basically you can cut a 2xx or rip plywood/osb with it. I would have gone with the 6 1/2 in circular but the cordless is double the price of the one I bought.
