Turned out OK with no base coat but any discoloration in the metal and you can see it in the finish.

I really like this color up next to magma red.

I prefer to follow osha rules. Also prefer pulling cables in new structures and commercial buildings were most offices are drop ceilings. Makes access point hanging and cable pulling a breeze.

Nah. He just leaves them wrapped tightly around old stripped conduit cabling to j-boxes.

Did I tell you the story of the plumber that had a ladder start to tip and he grabbed the pipe? It happened to be over our datacenter, where water lines were not suppose to be ran, ever.

Nah, I prefer to do it the right way. I order the proper mounts when we are going to hang stuff from tiles.

I was on a job site in a room and the superintendent told us they had a sprinkler pipe bust in there just 2 days earlier. We didn't believe him because there was absolutely no evidence of water damage

Well, what had happened was a really quick thinking electrician did a really dumb thing and smashed a sprinkler head in the bathroom with his ladder. He then ripped the flex hose out of the ceiling and aimed it into the bathtub. It only took them a couple of hours to clean up the mess that wasn't in the bathtub lol
