Finally got back to the gym and tried my old routine. Mistake!

I've lost about 30% chest strength over the past 10 weeks. I'm so sore!! Ha ha!

The arms, shoulders, back and legs, however, seem to have hung in there for the most part.

Nevertheless, it was nice to get back to near normalcy after all the covid flu insanity.

Just close your eyes and throw it all out. And when you don't think you have anything else to toss, start looking for more. I'm already doing that now in a big way anticipating my next move. I've recently posted 3 large items on Craigslist.
