The VA calculator is showing you P&I only. Insurance & taxes are different area to area, however, you can find out what the taxes are on the property from the county website and USAA will be able to give you a ball park guess on the insurance. My insurance is with them.

Its the sugar in alcohol that gives you bad hang overs. A buddy used to have tequilla parties. Everyone would bring their best tequilla. I would get absolutely hammered and the next day, I would be perfectly fine.

with everything going on my friends are all coming out of the woodwork asking for help shopping to add to their collections.

i just tell them give me a budget and what youre looking for and i'll get back to you lol
