A cobra is the worst detector ever. I would suggest you watch Vortex Radar on Youtube. He won't even review one because they suck so bad. The Uniden R3 is a great detector. That is in my vette. I am still using my old trusty Escort Redline in my Z. It is chatty due to the blind spot monitors on newer cars on K band but I can hit the mute button with ease. Both the Redline and R3 will catch the KA band 5 miles out at least.

Yeah, I run the R3 in the Z, and the escort in the QX.. its a nice setup.

It seems like most people are just having peaceful protests and then a few idiots that just enjoy destruction get in there and crank up the chaos.
