How do you cook a burger? I had to do it indoors so cast iron griddle on induction hob and flip the burger every 30 seconds

Hell no. We stopped at a place called Jody's and got double olive burgers and fries.

I ate half of my burger and gave the other half to the dog.

There have been a couple of times where I tried to get thrown off of job sites because of the conditions.

Either weather or work.

Had one plant manager tell us that it never rains or snows inside the plant fence. It's always sun shinning. This was at Marcus Hook Refinery in Feb. and we was working outside. Our foreman told the plant manger that he was crazy and needed medical help. We walked outside the building and our foreman made a call back to our office. Telling them everything that happened. About 20 minutes later. The plant manager came out and brought us back in the building. He apologized to us and asked us what we needed to finish the job.

Well I just found out my crew is going to revolt tomorrow. They are done working in the rain.

Really looking forward to tomorrow. I'm guessing all of the small chitstorms from the last 2 weeks will all converge into a chiticane by mid morning.
