Central NY is interesting.
Snow from Middle Oct to end of April most years. Non-stop rain and cloudy weather with cold temps from April to end of May. Temps crank up to 80+ most days between June, July and August with 100+ humidity non-stop. Most days are cloudy or just pure overcast. Sept-Mid October is begins to cool down rapidly again and will rain all the time with overcast every day. All in all, we get maybe 20 days of actual sunny pure days and only 1-5 days of perfect weather where is 75F, sunny with no clouds, no humidity, and maybe just a small breeze.
