i only went to that company because Doug was prolific on the GTR forum/community for tunes. he legit would see someone post about a tune issue and would look at their logs and help sort them out free to diagnose then his prices werent bad to do more if needed. he would charge $1 per HP gained on adjustments and i paid $600 for full remote tune with adjustments to clean it up if anything was off.
