You might take a swing through the ruins with a metal detector. You might find something interesting...... besides old horseshoe nails....:icon14:

My fiancee has been cleared to go back to work after her knee replacement. :icon14:

She sent a text to her boss about noon yesterday asking for instructions. She knows that everyone in the office is working from home except for one person, but her boss doesn't know that she knows.

Her boss responded at 9 am today (holy crap, talk about incompetence), telling my fiancee to go to the office and work. No instructions on where in the office her station has been relocated, the last time we were by there, there was someone else working in her old space. No indication if the office had been cleaned and sanitized, other than 'please be sure to wear a mask outside of your work area'. :ugh2::ugh2: and no indication if are even masks for her to wear. :shakes head:

I told her that if the other lady in the office even clears her throat, LEAVE.

She's going to call her primary care physician and try to get a note saying she's to work from home because of her asthma.

Easy answer to that if your state is in lockdown. Is she an essential employee?

Some of our doctors who work in the hospital had their office areas turned into Covid patient areas. Yesterday there were 6 Covid pt's there. Their offices are on the same floor, but moved down the hallways. I refuse to go there.

She worked in home health, but doesn't see patients. My guess is that she is probably considered 'non-essential', but her boss is an idiot.

Tell her to have her boss meet her at the office and show her where her new workspace is.

I told her go to the office and if her badge doesn't let her in, leave. She's friends with several people in IT, it would be really easy for them to lock her out.
