A single black bear normally will scare away. But never turn your back towards them. Brown, grizzly, polar. Forget it, your dinner in most cases. Don't get inbetween a mother bear and her cubs. She will flat out run your azz over like road kill.

im not complaining though, im just stating what it was.. it was hot. i actually like it like this.. it adds to my workout..
