Glad they are still transferring nursing home patients there - we received a letter here saying that if things were to get bad, hospitals would not accept nursing home patients because the prognosis would not be good. Basically "prepare for the worst, make plans now". Also, the homes don't really want the patient back after diagnosis or treatment (although I cannot think what they can do about that). Not a letter that was fun to read! |

Thanks man, Well we have no choice but to treat them due to worsening pneumonia that leads to SoB, we have to provide breathing treatments. The sad part even we get to stabilize them no other nursing homes would accept them. Our firs Covid positive is still at the hospital for almost a month now. Im very surprised he is still alive...In fact his lungs are clearing out. |
