Not quite true. The government is just turning a blind eye.

There are patients with severe symptoms got sent directly to quarantine facilities that don’t have DNA analysis capability, and no DNA sample ever taken.

While numbers are possibly directionally correct, China isn’t disclosing the real numbers to WHO, and no one really knows.

Only stats that matter to us will be the ones within US.
