They evacuated US Citizens that were in China and quarantined them at Travis AF base in Northern California. I wouldnt be surprised if after the quarantine period ended and they showed no symptoms that they are still infectious.

That's what skews the total reported number of cases to an unrealistic low number. Which leads to an inaccurately high mortality rate (currently reported in the 2% range). If you don't know you have it, then you're most likely asymptomatic and will not get tested. Ok, carry on. |
