Nice. Now I see why you get a little bit of poke.

Thinking about some Chinese for dinner. And I really want to smoke a rack of ribs Sunday. Thinking about hickory pellets, spray down with apple vinegar, and topped with vinegar sauce.

It is really close but the rubber tucks under the fender, barely. I have to do final adjustments to coils. rears will be raised ~1/4" and ffronts ~3/8". I didnt hear or see any rubbing anywhere.

Well, this is more of a "What did you do to your Z Yesterday" type of post, but...
Changed spark plugs @ 114k miles. I bought the car with just a hair under 112k on the clock, and I have no way of knowing if they were ever done at 60k/100k or whatever the FSM recommends. So I figured I would do it just to be sure. I went with the NGK Ruthenium HX plugs, properly spec'd for the 370Z from RockAuto.com. Man, what a difference! The old plugs looked pretty good, a nice toasty brown on all 6 cylinders, with only 2 out of the 6 appearing to have a slightly bigger gap than the rest. But the car feels so much smoother now. Smoother acceleration, smoother power delivery down low (under 4k rpm) and a noticeably smoother idle. It's been so long since I've had a gasser, I'd nearly forgotten what a difference a new set of plugs can make! (Been daily driving a 1984 Mercedes 300SD turbodiesel for the past 6 years prior to getting the Nismo.) As for what I did to the Z today: I installed a few extra hp's in the form of some nice red Z1 decals that came with my post MAF tubes a few weeks ago. (I'll add pics tomorrow.)
