Nope, but I have noticed that the gym is the most packed on Mondays. So, in order for me not to get impatient, I make Mondays my rest day, and workout Tuesdays thru Sundays (alternating days on weights and running).

I wasn't expecting it. He walked up behind me and started to punch my arm. I spun around and landed a left hook right in his nose. Blood everywhere, and he's down for the count. I dropped him.

I'm left handed, so he got everything I had.

Just ran 8 miles this evening... very different experience as there was a total lack of traffic. Very quiet. Just families walking about with their children. It was nice to see, for a change. Just trying to see the glass half full through all this. "Stay stong duuudes!"
