I figured we all like auto shows so this would be the place to post and share.

Went to the LA Auto Show and just started taking pics. Starting off with Porsche. Let me share something about their booth. It is in an exclusive spot, their own gallery, off the beaten path. No one else sharing the place but themselves. Been like this for years. All cars are locked, nothing opened except during media day which I could have joined for a few $$ more but I have a day job. I did not take a shot of the 918. It was in fenced area :mad: and therefore not picture worthy. I also skipped their 911s and their SUVs. Sorry for the lint LOL.

I thought their Taycan looked great.

LOL Nissan - Innovation that excites......
 

Nissan's gallery was right by the entrance. They had a good amount of footage but here's the kicker, they did not have a lot to offer. It was bare. The new Sentra was on the turntable creating some interest but that's it. IT WAS BORRRRRRING! Staff member saw me take a pic of their "Innovation the excites" banner -- I was actually going to mock them. He eagerly went up and said "cool you noticed". I responded saying dude these two cars pointing at the Z and the R34 are not innovative at all after 10+ years with was essentially the same platform. His excitement level dropped, his enthusiasm disappeared and just walked away. LOL. Actually felt bad for my response towards him but as you can see it was barren out in the Nissan gallery. I did notice a lot of attraction to the Z. Mostly teens with their dads checking it out.

Ford
 

Ford did a good job with their gallery. Large footprint, filled with their entire line of US cars, trucks, and SUVs + their race cars. Presentation was good, tells a story, and accessible to the masses.

All the detail and the science behind any F1 car is just fantastic. Austin and Mexico F1 is on my bucket list. Add Miami if it ever happens.
