The overweight/obese metrics are so arbitrary. At 6-1 and 200 lbs I am considered overweight. I was 6-1 and 200 lbs at 14 years old lol. I played football and basketball as a senior in high school at 250 lbs in very good shape. These days I fluctuate from 220-240. Within a week sometimes. Depends on activity and diet. Should drop 20 of those lbs and keep them off, though. Regardless of what I do, I will be overweight or obese according to idiots

What can I say? I'm a dense guy. In more ways than one

Yeah, I'm down to 6' 1 30/32" now without shoes in the doctor's office. My brother is the one who shrunk. He was 6'1". Now he's 5' 11". But he's 74 yrs old too.

In 7th grade. I was 6" 220 lbs. Played football, baseball, and raced motorcycles. Senior year. I was 6'1", 250 lbs. Played all 4 years of football as a starter.

When I got into my 50's. Decided that I didn't need to carry that much weight anymore. And dropped it. Feel great.
