I think I'm about done with Amazon now

I ordered a number of Christmas presents from Amazon right before Thanksgiving. I remember when I could get free 5-7 day shipping without having to be Prime. Now Prime offers 1 and 2 day shipping options while my free shipping windows have increased to several weeks. Order placed Nov 27 is scheduled for delivery on Dec 16
