I just instructed while Susan did all the dirty work making her first turkey stock. Came out decent. Fairly dirty looking since she forgot to keep skimming the impurities off

I just instructed while Susan did all the dirty work making her first turkey stock. Came out decent. Fairly dirty looking since she forgot to keep skimming the impurities off throughout the day, but still tastes good. She's happy and I get to have soup for this stupid head cold.
