The valley sucked, I lived at Central and Campbell for a few years. Up by Bob's place, the temps usually are much calmer.

I was in Surprise Az for a week last summer visiting my brother in law. I felt like a melted chocolate candy bar on the sidewalk.

I got an offer (from a dealer!) for the Lexus today. $4K

It looks like a very reasonable private sale should net me $5500ish. That will cover most of the upcoming vet costs for Athena plus a new 4 post Danmar lift

Hoping to take care of the sale by the end of the year.
