I’m a huge fan of the water pick

JARblue 01-23-2020 08:47 AM

Water pick is good for your gums and not much else. It's a good supplement to your teeth cleaning routine, but stick to traditional flossing :twocents:

Have a wonderful Thursday everyone :hello:

Made some progress on the Z last night. Trying to decide whether it's worth drilling out the rivets on the LH/RH hood stay brackets. Probably just leave them on the radiator core support assembly.

Read through RidFamous' DIY wire tuck thread yet again. Not as intimidating as it used to be

I'm confused how "every tuner that touched it" was afraid of the car?
People have been building cars with roots blowers for years. How can this be any more terrifying than a coyote with a blower? Or a gt500? (i picked those because of their dohc setup and similar weight to our cars)

I found it interesting that in an earlier post, he said he wasn't going to lock the thread and then he does, after being called out as a liar. Trips needs to boot him and Bobby from the forum.

Completely agree. Water pick is not a substitute for flossing. It just removes the large particles so you can effectively floss and not worry about removing all the food.

It only is if you are full of ******** and just making up excuses.

I reported his last post ... asking Trips to unlock the thread :rofl2:

I would say this to you guys. Floss and then waterpick right after and tell me what happens. The next day, Waterpick and then floss. Just like flossing and brushing, if not done properly you won't get a good result. My wife was a dental assistant for over 30 years. I am well versed in these type things.
