Kayaking yesterday went well. Still have all of my extremities.

Was gliding along this lily pad covered river and was about 6 feet from a giant set of eyeballs and nostrils floating there when I realized that it was about an eight foot gator lying in wait for his breakfast. Some air bubbles came out of him as he sunk under the surface and I went right over the top of him.

I am so lucky that I didn't wear my bacon flavored skivs yesterday. If I had, I just might have wound up being one of his Scooby snacks...

No flying monkeys though...

Good Saturday Morning All. Coffee and getting caught up on current events. Later on the Mrs & I are out to vist the in-laws to help them with a few things and then I will be grilling steaks for us.

Cormorants and Herrons, nice to see them fish Steelers in the swamps and not around my pond. Last year, 3 days before I left for Z dayz I purchased 5lbs of feeder minnows ( hundreds ) for the large mouth bass, as I was pulling down the driveway on my return home I spotted a cormorant on the back side of the pond, so I moved his azz along with a little led from my pellet gun ..... to late $50 worth the minnows gone

I like to bring a little slice of the outdoors inside. Less mosquitos to eat my azz.

I just started to build a Gargoyle gecko (Rhacodactylus auriculatus) cage. I hope to have some plants start growing in it by tomorrow and bring home the gargoyle in a few months when the plants have taken hold.

Landscape/Grade guy coming today

Gonna get me a hole dug at the rear of my property & use dirt to pack underneath & all around garage

Also gonna push up about over 2500’ of farm fencing/post & bury

Finally cleaning up my “Fred G. Sanford”

I have years of precious collectibles & time has come to depart

Hopefully the rain will stay away so I can get a full days work in, cause I’m paying for it

I've decided I'm not pulling the stock injectors. Picking up another set to clean and flow test and have as spares.

Working on the fuel pressure gauge install this morning and just have one question. The fuel tap kit came with some grease of some sort, but the instructions don't reference it at all. The instruction do say to lube up the o-rings (one on the pulsation damper and one on the spacer) with engine oil. I figure the lube is now provided for those o-rings in lieu of using engine oil?

Probably a dialect grease or Vaseline type lube

That’s the best on o-rings

you want my oem ones? 20K miles on em. I'll have to double check and make sure I still have em but I think they are in a box in the garage. As joby would say, a little dielectric grease is always the answer when reassembling parts. Im guessing thats what the little
packet is for.

*Edit* I didnt see JC already replied about dielectric grease.

Turtle has a set for $25 in Granbury but it looks like I won't be able to pick them up any time soon. If you find yours and want to ship them, I'll send you some cash
