Rainx Windshield Fluid

Okay, I guess I will be returning the green stuff. Why would they manufacture fluids that can possibly cause damage? bast*rds....

I've used both the green and orange Rainx in my Power Wagon since I bought it in 2008. I bought my TrailHawk in 2013. Started using the Rainx fluids in it too. About 2015. The sensor in the TrailHawk went out and had it replaced under warranty. They told me about the problems they are seeing with the RainX and other green and orange fluids. About 6 months later. The sensor in my Power Wagon went out too. Since then, I only use blue.

If I remember right. They was Denso sensors which everyone uses. Maybe a different spec for Chrysler. I changed the one on the Power Wagon myself. It's just 2 electrodes sticking out to make contact with the fluid. They work off of conductivity of the fluid. I cleaned up the probes and it still didn't work. So I replaced it.
