You can pull/read router reports? You can understand what it is.

Nothing to do with routers...not VOIP, its the legacy PBX/telephony system. Basically create a diagram that shows the hunt group, hard lines, isdn fax, hard fax, 3rd party fax, call tree, etc. with the phone numbers

Screw pbx systems. Especially the modular nortel junk from the 70s. Then again, avaya IPO systems suck equally as well but in different ways.

Yeah, I know very little of PBX systems. I can get around VOIP stuff though.
