I think an attorney or social worker had snagged that sign out of someones yard while they were in Tx and brought it back for some unknown reason.
I think its is something like pictographic history of world war bombers or something, Ill go get a close up.

Are you into WW2 bombers? Theres an air museum close by that has a B17, B25, A26 on display. Pretty cool stuff.
