The good thing is I have a nice battery powered circular saw that actually works pretty well. Ill be able to set the blade depth to just cut through and not cause any more issues. Can do it without taking the panel down.

I have one of those too. It’s actually made to cut can lights in.

I want a lift. I thought I had 12 foot ceilings but they ended up more like 10.5.

That's the nightmare general contractors don't want. Put together a pick list and tell them that you ain't releasing them until everything on the pick list is taken care of. And watch them sweat.

Try getting a long term care license from the State of Texas (DFW region, specifically). The suicide rate goes up whenever they do a survey

That is what my fiancee's youngest boy did, he'd go through the house with a roll of blue tape to mark all the things that had to be fixed. He said there were some houses that needed more than one roll....:eek:

He's the guy I'd want inspecting any work I have done on my house.:tup:

Punch lists are a pain in the âss on large projects. By the time one floor is punched, some idiot has already come through and put new dings in the wall or corners or some shìt. By the time the whole building is punched, whole floors already need to be re-punched. I hate construction lol.
