ROOF QUOTES...

Remember to not show any excitement, and whatever the quote is, you have to calmy say, “hmmm, that is quite a bit more than I was thinking”. Then just look at the guy and don't say anything... Within a few moments, he will start backpedaling and tell you a better price...

I just remembered that I am supposed to say nice things about Rusty for awhile now...Hmmm, lets see...

I suppose Rusty was a handsome young man back in the 40’s...

:rofl2:

This guy is a friend of mine & the quote for 24 square of articulate shingles’s (require 6 hand nailed each) with this really thick tar paper stuff + warranty is only 1k more than what a commercial place quoted for regular shingles 3 years ago...they were 20yr I think :ugh2:

Yeah, I’m speaking of Rusty. Rusty has feelings too, so I’m trying to put a positive spin on stuff for him.

The price of shingles has increased recently, so only a $1k bump is not bad at all. As well as the Architectural shingles cost quite a bit more than the standard 3 tab flat ones.

There’s a few other colors I like as well,,,just trying to make it look decent/ cause it would be the only time I replace them...current ones are 22yrs. old & seemed like they were 20yr ones

Looks like a rain out. Really disappointed, so many concrete things to do. Guess I'll have to wrench on the car for 2 days straight.

Treated myself to a Father's Day gift last night. Added a makita xwt08z impact to my shelf of cordless tools.

You do those large pour concrete jobs,,,I’ll be looking to have some poured in the near future.
I got a couple good friends who have done it, but someone who does it for a living would probably be more suited :ugh2:
Unsure the exact yardage yet...but I’ll contact you for some insight :tiphat:
