lol... I think thats the City Jail off the 101 freeway. LA County Jail though is called Twin Towers.

Pretty much nailed it... I saw one dude this morning yelling at trucks passing by, then rubbing his belly, picked up a rock and was trying to write on the asphalt like if he were writing on concrete with chalk. A lady had to walk past him she practically went from a leisure stroll to almost a full on sprint..lol

My favorite is "my name on a grain of rice" that they make into a necklace. It's soooooo amazing!
