Next paycheck will fall on May 3 (last one before Zdayz) & will have around 45 hours of OT on it,along with the regular 2-week 80

Can’t understand why these younger fellas don’t take them up on the OT offering/as they’d rather complain about being broke

They lack discipline. Aside from the mandatory 2-week vacation, I haven't worked less than 60 hours of OT per pay cycle in the past two years. It's like yes more money please! Until the govt comes and takes a third of it...

Got the truck inspected this morning. So it's good for another year.

I used to avg over 600 hours a year in OT at the power plant. Some would avg over 1,300 a year.

Had 8 hours of OT built into each 2 week paycheck. The way my work schedule was . I would get 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week.
