Just got home from Vegas. Flight landed at 3:45am. Got the suit cases, and got to the Jeep at 4:15. Home at 5:45am. I need a bed big time.

Rusty, how was Vegas? My wife and I love this place, we spend about 2 1/2 weeks out of the year there, "not all at once". Hope you were able to bring back some money and that you had a good time.

Desert Eagle .50 cal ought to work... depends how ferocious he is...

Have to be careful though, as too big of a hole in the meat will make it more of a challenge to Sous Vide it...
