More of a mutual thing. I crunched the numbers because there were some things that need to be upgraded which meant I knew where I needed to be on price. Unfortunately, he wasn't going to come down to my number which was more than fair, I wasn't trying to low ball him. He just feels he can get more which I completely understand.
