Do you have a Linkedin account? On there you can click that you are looking for new opportunities. You will get recruiters contact you.

It may work for you. I would get about 3 people a week contacting me that way.

It is fairly secretive... They (recruiters) have to send you an email once they see that your account says you are open to new opportunities. Half the people on there click it on...
